6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Gratus Accounting is a general-purpose accounting tool and does not replace the advice of a qualified accountant, auditor, or tax professional.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gratus Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, errors in financial reporting, or business losses.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
